2-20-14 “Frustration”
This Tile is about Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that is violated. Three circles represent big frustrations in art image. There was an indication about Elderly Deaf person being denied to have an interpreter for medical health diagnosis. His frustration grew. Then Deaf Children adults supported their Deaf Parent to be taken care and they were denied to have interpreter. The circle of frustration keeps going around the Deaf family and it grew bigger. The core of yellow represents hope for better access in the linguistic and human rights. The black hands and arms represent they despaired to reach out and in the space
