In 2012, I saw mosaic art on wall under bridge in Colorado Springs. There was an eye over flow with different images. It gives me the feeling of Deafhood/ DeVIA. And also there is a mural 2013 with third eye. 
I am inspired by Douglas Tilden, Deaf sculptor had The Young Acrobat at National American Art Museum, DC. There is an arm holds up a toddler (young acrobat) statue. 
In this painting, a pair of arms holds up Third eye to give the feeling of strong and pride to watch over us, De’VIA and Surdist Artists. 
Third eye pours out the streaming out with  De’VIA motifs as we builds up our creativity. It goes on more further with our language.
